Flower Filled Haldi Celebration

Pictures that are peppered with unfiltered love & sunshine, moments filled with exultation, warmth & opulence; so was the Haldi celebration of #katvick. Swagger shots of Vicky Kaushal and the joyous Katrina kaif just made us go, “oh so beautiful.”

For the Haldi ceremony Vicky Kaushal wore a Sabyasachi embroidered khadi kurta and salwar and on the other hand alluring Katrina Kaif wore a Sabyasachi ivory organdy lehenga with gota and tilla embroidery, and an organza dupatta in gota and marori embroidery, trimmed with kiran. Glam-Gala Mehendi Ceremony

Only if we were to guess from these images, it would be safe to say that pure love & joy are reflected in the duo’s Mehendi celebration. Katrina Kaif wore a distinguished multi-coloured matka silk lehenga with a patchwork blouse and an embroidered tulle dupatta inspired by Sabyasachi’s graduation collection Kashgaar Bazaar.
The lehenga is paired with eclectic Navratan inspired jewellery that pays homage to the celestial gems in emeralds, uncut diamonds, multi-coloured sapphires, pearls, spinels, tourmalines and rubies from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery. Similarly, coordinating with the better half, Vicky Kaushal wore an embroidered raw silk bandhgala jacket with coromandel chintz prints, a mint silk kurta with embroidered butis and a Bangalore silk ivory salwar.

If my beau doesn’t look at me like Vicky then I ain’t getting married to him! Katrina’s entry drenched in the red opulent ensemble, walking down the aisle with her most loved sisters literally set the bar really high and we just can’t stop staring how she was looked at by bae Vicky Kaushal.
