Since the queer folks are already marginalized and discriminated, it’s important that we hear them out and normalise the LGBTQIA+ content just like all other wedding content. The LGBTQ weddings must have exposure in the social media to make the masses aware. Avoid pinkwashing. It is a term used to describe business ideas used by large corporations and governments to be perceived as “gay friendly”. Another thing that is absolutely necessary is maintaining the essence of the pride month all year long instead of focussing on just one month.
