Varsha Caterers

The Varsha Caterers group of companies was founded by Jyotindra Nallawalla (Jaggubhai) in 1988. It was ably guided by his father the late Ranchoddas Nallawalla in the early years. His guiding hand still influences us and is reflected in the high quality of our customer base, both small and large, the famous and not-yet-famous. Jaggubhai has completed a Diploma in Catering Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN) - better known as the Catering College, Dadar, Mumbai and has worked in 5-star hotels before starting this enterprise.
Staff
We have about 20 permanent staff and hire additional staff as required.
Major Contracts
We regularly supply several 5-star hotels with prepared foods (particularly Gujarati and Marwari dishes). For example, at Dasera we supplied a box of sweets to all corporate staff at Reliance Industries.
Mumbai Based but International Coverage
We are sometimes requested to cater for weddings, parties and international food festivals outside Mumbai in places such as Lake Mansarovar, Tibet; Muscat, Oman; and Antwerp, Belgium. We take our own staff and non-perishable raw materials with us and purchase perishables locally. ... ...Less
