Was founded on 7th July 1964 by Late Sri S Kameswar Rao, Retd. DIG. Later Protex Security Services Pvt. Ltd. Was incorporated on 4th June 1975 as sibling company of Investigation and Security Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (ISS), which was well known in industrial and commercial circles in several states. Brig S S Adhikari took over as MD in January 1984.
