Baking & Cooking is a Science & art which makes me Happy.I like to share the happiness with my students.I would like to teach that science rather than teaching the recipe.
Students gain hands-on experience creating a variety of baked goods and desserts. All my Baking classes cover the basics of the scientific and chemical processes involved when combining ingredients and preparing desserts or other baked goods.
We have 12 differerent types of Chocolate Making Class in which you can learn around 200 varieties of chocolates, chocolate bouquets and molding chocolates.
We also teach Sugar craft, Buttercream, Royal Icing, Sugar flowers.
Not but the least we have Indian & International Cuisine Cooking Classes also ... ...Less
