Nivalink is a company headed by professionals from software and consulting background and a common sense approach to business has lead to a fresh approach to travel planning and execution.
Currently employs 50+ individuals based in Mumbai, India.
What Do we do?
Nivalink all-year round researches on accommodation options around India, such as resorts / hotels / jungle lodges / Farms etc. We visit them, evaluate, rate, take photos and develop & display content with an endevour to give you a feel of the true picture to be able to make a travel decision quickly and independently
Our Value Proposition
We travel extensively (About 20, 000 kms a year on road for last 7 years) and review destinations and Hotels independently and seek to present travel plans based on an up to date and duly verified information.
The same approach is also employed to destinations outside India where we do a reality check before we start sending guests on a regular basis.
A personalised approach has enabled us to provide a highly customised getaway/holiday based on individual taste and thus giving high level of satisfaction with guests and service providers.
Our guests benefit from our non-partisan approach, high level of transparency and our direct relationships with Hotels and Service Providers and help plan a seamless holiday faster.
Our book-and-pay system allows customers time and flexibility of making payments as per cut off date given by the hotels / service providers. Our guests are also benefited by convenient payment options which allow them to choose from a range of options Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit / Credit Card etc. Based on their physical location.
We are always connected. Our personnel are all connected by emails and telephone lines. Itinerary guests who require detailed customisation also get hooked onto via messengers.
