Our journey started in 2011 , when a 32 year old house wife, weighted 115 kgs met with an accident which changed her ideology towards having a good posture and physique. Her spinal cord was affected badly due to her excess weight. This made her realise about the change which needs to be bought in her life. With a passion to achieve a good posture, she lost 50kgs in a span of 2 years with intense hard work in her gym. Her success and achievement gave her the inspiration to spread the passion for a good posture which gave birth to POSTURE FITNESS.
