The classes are hot favourite amongst NRIs who definitely take some of the courses during their visit to India. institute also offers Certificate course to students, job seekers, business people, housewives and people desiring to make their career in cooking in India and foreign countries. Our certificate helps them in visa processing. Mrs. Jigna Jain was always passionate about cooking and thus experimented often at home, trying out new recipes for family and friends. Seeing the appreciation she received for her cooking, she decided to put her talent to use. She started taking Ice cream classes at home. The response to her classes was tremendous! Eager students kept pouring in to learn the unusual ice creams which Jigna taught like the Mocha ice cream, Mint, Choco-chip, etc which were a new fad in those days. Later she introduced other courses like Multicuisne, Baking, Chinese. Encouraged by her students demand for new recipes, Jigna Jain decided to write a Cookbook.     Dikus Cooking Class was an absolutely enjoyable experience. This class came highly recommended by a friend and so we were very excited about it to join and learn cooking as we both are foodie.
