    When I commence my career in fashion designing, I knew my heart resided in those silent corners of the palaces. My aim has always been to design outfits which itself would be eloquent of the heritage of my city – The Pink City. I wanted to manifest the unsaid emotions and indefinable quintessential beauty of my childhood memories. But success isn’t an immediate action. My aim has always been to design outfits which itself would be eloquent of the heritage of my city – The Pink City. I wanted to manifest the unsaid emotions and indefinable quintessential beauty of my childhood memories. But success isn’t an immediate action. Quitting a regular job & switching into the fashion industry wasn’t easy, but the support of my family especially my mother & brother who always stood next to me is unfathomable. My brother, Manendar Khatri, the director of Sakh Jaipur has been optimistic about my skills and his hardwork and belief has encouraged me a lot. My art & his vision — together has built this brand.

    The name “Sakh” is inspired by the initials of my mother’s name and it means ‘goodwill’ in hindi. The brand desires to establish a bond of goodwill with the customers. Novelty, creativity, and craftsmanship are the core of Sakh’s creations. While drawing inspiration from present times, the exceptional pieces designed at Sakh resolutely contemporary, yet with a touch of the long lineage of Indian culture. From hand-drawn prints to perfectly hand crafted outfits, the Sakh has focused on the real craftsmanship, luxury and pulled out all the intricate motifs to give each garment that special something.
