    I do not believe in bulk business, for me customer satisfaction is more important then money making.


    My name is Deepak Dhandh and I am the owner of V Care Tours. I started this company in 2002 with just 1 car. I use to drive it on my own to know the needs of the clients. After 1 year of driving, I started the company and hired few drivers. In the later stage, I realised a customer is given more services when the driver himself is a partner in the car he is driving. Hence then I started financing drivers to buy their own car, by this way the quality of car & services have been maintained so far.

    Payments:
    We charge 10% amount of the package as advance. Either you can pay into our UK account or pay via Paypal. Balance 50% upon arrival & the rest at the end of the trip. If paid by credit card then you need to pay it in Jaipur 100%. Bank charges + GST of 8% are applicable on the credit card payments.

    Cancellation Policy:
    20% will be charged if the cancellation is made before 30 days of tour start date or car rental start date.
    50% cancellation will be charged on cancellation of the tour before 3 days of starting the tour or during the time of tour.
