Perfection House

BAD...very bad experience. I purchased a dress for my Roka ceremony two weeks in advance and was rest assured that the alteration will be done within 3 days. However, when I went to pick up the dress next weekend (after a week), the dress was not ready. The store people took 7 hours saying 1 hour more, 1/2 hour more each time we entered the store. I spent full day waiting for the dress and yet when I received it, it was pathetically altered. They spoilt my mood and money (though a secondary thing) but then I was left with only 5 days to get a proper dress for my ceremony. The tension and bitterness they gave, will surely make me criticize the store.
