Worst place ever! They ruined my bridal lehnga and then kept delaying the delivery date until 3 days before my wedding and still couldn’t deliver the lehnga. The order was placed 2 and a half months prior and on the trial date they showed me something I didn’t order and then kept promising to fix it. At the end, I’m left with no bridal lehnga 3 days before the wedding and have to make other arrangements. Do not trust this store with your wedding outfits unless you want to be stranded last minute with nothing to wear. The staff keeps blaming each other and special mention to this salesman Ankit who made so many fake promises and in the end denied everything. Highly unrecommended! 😡😡
Awesome collection....i really appreciate the art work done.... keep it up...😊😊😊😊😊... really nice staff with good knowledge... and bridal collection is very preety
Worst place to shop. The shopkeeper does not know how to talk .They we're rude after the dress was purchased although the dress was torn from the side . They said "19-20 to adjust Karna hi padta Hai" . They messed up with my dress and then started shouting because they were not able to do anything as the dress was torn and was not well finished. Buy only if you have the potential to fight because every piece is defected and they have a general trend of customers fighting at the shops.
Lalit Dalmia in one word is a SCAM. He messed up my wedding dress a week before my wedding. After trying one of the lehengas at his store, i asked him to replicate the same for me in a different color. This guy assured me he would and never gave me any sketch on paper. Everything was word of mouth. I directly placed the order to him rather than his staff and trusted him as i was directly dealing with him. I told him certain specifics for the choli design and he pretended as if he is mentally taking a note of all minor details. It was my biggest fault to not have a sketch on paper. This guy is so good with talking and posing as if he is the "GOD" of fashion. He took 5 months to deliver me "red hot shit" finally. To my surprise, the lehenga was a cheap copy of the original that i had chosen. It looked as if he pulled an old piece out of his warehouse to get rid of. The design that i had chosen was intricate and sophisticated and i was delivered a bold cheap replica of chosen design. He had messed the sleek style of the choli too and made it into a bold loud statement that was never my taste. The entire lehenga was nothing more than a flashlight with cheap crystals all over. I wasted 85k along with my time and ended up with last moment hassle of buying another wedding dress of my choice from somewhere else.
I spoke to him directly to tell him what i thought but this arrogant man had all lame arguments and i had no proof to back my statement as he never gave me any sketch on paper. Infact he felt offensive that how could i put down such a godly figure in fashion world on his face.
The day i went to order my outfit, i already saw a customer yelling at his staff but i ignored thinking that we all have our own experiences so i shouldn't be concerned about it, but i was so wrong!
This is an advice specially for all would be brides, please think a million times before you plan to invest in his stuff.
I would recommend you not to visit, the people working in store including the owners, do not have the faintest idea about customer service. Their Attitude is rude, discourteous and once they have sold a dress, they owe no responsibility to the dress or customer. They need to understand that having fine clothes isn't enough for business. Attitude plays a far greater role.
