Pure Life Fashions is a sister concern of a chain of UK-based Companies- Purelife UK Ltd, Purelife Trading Ltd and Pink Turban.
A brief description of our three companies is as follows:
The Parent Company profile:-
1) Pure Life (UK) Ltd
Our main business in this company is buying the commercial properties in high street , developing flats on these properties and letting the same while the ground floor is let out for commercial business to superior convenient like Specsavers, Paddy Power etc. Total sale of the last corporation tax was GBP 3.6 million
2) Pure life Trading Ltd
This also is our 100% share holding company having 8 showroom and warehouse in London. It is trading in high class Italian and German furniture with a turnover of GBP 1.8 million.
3) Pink turban restaurant- A very fine dining restaurant and a high class catering service. This is the first year for this company.
Pure Life Fashions is a UK-based Company dealing in Sale, Purchase and Distribution of High-end Luxury Brands in India. It will source mainly European Brands especially from Italy and France, UK. The Company has already introduced Italian furniture brands in India and has already started trading with Indian market for furniture. Now we want to expand Line of Business dealing primarily in Ladies Wear, Men’s Wear, Accessories like Handbags, Belts etc.
