THIEF.......THIEF........THIEF.........Horrible experience.......They are the biggest thief in the travel industry. I went to Thailand with my family in June 2018. I booked it from Zap Booking. Their office is in Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi. The sales guy name is Aman. The trip was a complete blunder.

THIEF.......THIEF........THIEF.........Horrible experience.......They are the biggest thief in the travel industry. I went to Thailand with my family in June 2018. I booked it from Zap Booking. Their office is in Netaji Subhash Palace, Delhi. The sales guy name is Aman. The trip was a complete blunder.
1 - He gave us some itinerary copied from google. The places in the itinerary were not shown to us (GRAND PALACE and BANGKOK TEMPLES).
2 - We were promised early check-in but we waited for 3 hours in the hotel lobby.
3 - Our visa was rejected due to their negligence. Due to this, we had to have a visa on arrival which was costlier and full of hassle.
4 - A complete day in our itinerary was empty due to their bad management
I am not saying that this would happen to everybody but at least they should take responsibility for their mistakes. I sent them a legal notice back in October 2018 but still haven't received a reply.
Their negligence cost us more than Rs.50000( 20000 in visa and 30000 for sight seen not included). This was not expected from a reputed company like ZAP BOOKING.
I have attached the visa fees, it cost 1 person 2000 bhat 200 bhat for VIP line which is around Rs.4800/- and a visa from India costs around 3500/-
If I don't get a reply from them, then I will be forced go to consumer court.
