Pay very attention to this agency because is awful. We are Francesca Nobili and Andrea Marrocco, 24 years old, from Italy and we spent 15 days in Rajasthan in October 2016 and, once there, after have paid 1400€, the owner of the agency, Raj Kumar Banewal and our driver, Bablu Hudda, tried to rub us every day. First we have received our trip program with the cities and all the things that we would have visited every day, all services included and others not, and we have chosen this agency on the base of this program.


But soon, when we arrived in Delhi, we have discovered that almost everything in the program was wrong.



Below you can read our last email to them after a their text message yesterday evening where they said that we're bad people and bad family because we hadn't leave a tip to our driver.



"Good morning my dear friend,


yesterday evening when you texted to my father I was with him and we are shocked again by you.
I would have hoped that once we returned in Italy I will never hear you and your words, but unfortunately we received another insults so today we decide to tell you ALL the things happened during our trip and ALL words of Bablu about you and your agency.



Let's start!



Day 2: we didn't see Delhi and we'll never see Delhi.
We didn't see Nawalgarh because BABLU told us that Nawalgarh and Mandawa were the same village. But as you well know one is far from the other 40 km.
Here Bablu started to tell us also that YOUR PROGRAM was wrong because the time for all program and all things written in, are too much for the time available in our trip.



Day 3: No tuk tuk ride due to less time



Day 6: Desert schools described in the program were ghost desert schools and we visited the Mehrangarh fort ONLY OUTSIDE DUE TO LESS TIME.



Day 7: Bishnoi village: not seen. WHY? BECAUSE BABLU TOLD US THAT THERE WAS ANYTHING INTERESTING TO SEE THERE AND this WAS ONLY A THING inserted in the program TO PAY US MONEY. HE SPOKE ABOUT "A SECRET MISSION" BETWEEN US AND HIM and "PLEASE DON'T TELL TO RAJ".

I would have never tell you this things but when it's too much, it's too much.



Adinath temple: not seen entirely. The first time we arrived in Ranakpur, Bablu told us:"No, we can't visit the temple because it will closed in 30 minutes". We told him to take us there in any case. Indeed the temple was open. But we didin't see the little Adinath Temple because was too late.

Bablu told us to return again the next day (day 8) too see it; but the next day, the temple would have opened at 12, so it was closed again because Bablu took us there at 9.



Day 9: Bablu disappears at 1pm after left us at the hotel (room without lake view --> in the program was written WITH lake view) and told us that he can't be able to come to the hotel because the car is at the mechanical.
We went to boat ride alone by feet and before, during the visit at the City Palace we discovered very pleasantly that 500 rps for the guides wasn't the tip as you told us, but THE PRICE OF THE GUIDE. AND WE HAD ALREADY PAID ALL THE GUIDES IN THE MONEY WE GAVE YOU AS IS WRITTEN IN THE INVOICE.



Day 10: Bablu told us that Menal temple was INSIDE the Chittorgarh Fort, but unfortunately the previous evening we read on Google that it is about 60 km from there. When we told this to Bablu he said:"mmmm, I have to check".

I HAVE TO CHECK?? WE HAVE A DRIVER THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHERE THE THINGS ARE, OR WE HAVE A DRIVER THAT WOULD LIKE TO RUB US?

And almost every day we have to tell him to return to our hotel in the afternoon because at 2pm every day was:"See you tomorrow". But our driver WOULD MUST BE AVAILABLE 24H.



Day 12: in Pushkar we were left in the hotel at 2pm and again from Bablu:"see you tomorrow morning, the market is very near". After a check on Google we saw that the Brama temple was at 30 minutes by feet from the hotel. So we had called Bablu again to our hotel. Once we visited the Brama temple and we went to Lake of Pushkar, I had fever and I asked him to take us to hotel after the visit. But not. He Left us at Lake of Pushkar and we returned back to hotel by feet because he had to go to the doctor.



Day 12 and 13: Bablu wanted to move all program of that two days and leave us at the hotel at 12pm the first day in Jaipur and see all Things the next day. And we refused his proposal and HE was very angry with us. I underline that HE and not WE. In Jaipur Bablu found a tuk tuk for us for 500 rps. QUITE EXPENSIVE WE THINK: so we decide to ask to another boy in the proximity: 100 rps. ONLY 5 TIMES LESS!

In jaipur Bablu told us that from old city to new city were about two hours by car so we didn't have the time to visit the new city. And you know that is about 15 minutes by car, 30 with traffic jam.



That evening at 6pm we asked to Bablu to take us to the Palace of Winds because we had to meet our italian friends to have dinner with them and we asked to take us back to the hotel before or after dinner. NO. HE HAD TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AGAIN THAT WAS VERY FAR. and he said to us:"TO RETURN TO THE HOTEL YOU'LL TAKE A TUK TUK BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AND IS TOO FAR FROM HERE". This thing was happened also in Udaipur.

AND WE MUST PAY A TUK TUK AGAIN AFTER WE HAVE PAID A DRIVER??? ARE WE CRAZY???



The next evening we asked to Bablu to take us to a restaurant to have dinner out and what he told us?... "NO, I CAN'T. I HAVE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR".



And here we decided definitely that we wouldn't have given him any tip.



Last day: Delhi: Bablu told us that we have would seen a lot of beautiful things with him also not written in the program, but when arrived in Delhi the time was less: we visited a park and the Delhi gate and when we asked him to do some shopping he told us:"THERE AREN'T SHOPS HERE". In Delhi? No shops in Delhi?!?!?



But when we told him that before we saw the shops, like the best magician in India, suddenly the shops appeared and then He told us that it was time to go to the airport. 7 hours before when he told us that we had to go there 5 hours before! And we didn't see anything in Delhi.




During the road to the airport Bablu told us that next time we'll go to India don't call you because " I understand all your problems ad the program of Raj was wrong" but call him directly and he will organize all our trip. We think that Bablu also knows that your service and your program is totally wrong. indeed when we spoke with him about our guides he was agree with us, that we have already paid them as it was written in your invoice.



I would like to add also that especially when we were in Bundi Bablu told us that your program is all wrong, that there are written too much things, all the distances are wrong because are evaluated by Google and this is not a real valuation. Every day in the program was written 3/4 hours by car and we did 7/8 hours by car. And also this was quite crazy and obviously we hadn't the time to see all the things for which we have paid.



And remember also all the argues we had during our trip for the guides, one day included (as is written IN ALL YOUR INVOICES), one day not. and also that you try to remove our elephant ride to have the guide in Jaipur.



AND SINCERELY AFTER ALL THESE THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE LEAVE A TIP TO YOUR DRIVER?? We deeply hope that our tip wouldn't have been the entire salary of Bablu for these 15 days as was happened with the false tips of the guides.



We are very bad people and very bad family, BUT YOUR SERVICE is a FRAUD and we are very very bad people BUT NOT STUPID.

And after have paid 1400€ for this "service" I think that every rp more was an useless cost.



Will be our pleasure to write all these things on Google and on international travel sites and we really hope to don't hear you again.
