it was a bad experience with me yesterday at Ajanta studio, Sarai.
the owner has hired a little boy, who takes care of his shop in his absence. when i questioned the shop keeper, he said , that he goes to the school in the morning and after then he comes here to work. we also feed him, as he is poor. and along with it , we teach him some work.

the owner has hired a little boy, who takes care of his shop in his absence. when i questioned the shop keeper, he said , that he goes to the school in the morning and after then he comes here to work. we also feed him, as he is poor. and along with it , we teach him some work.
he being a little child and a new learner, he was able to do some work on the system, but was unable to take the final prints, to which the owners brother was starring at the boy , as if he will thrash him like anything.
then he called up his brother( actual owner of the shop), he shouted on the boy so bad, he abused him badly, used abusive language, which we cant even think of using with our kids.
the little boy was crying like anything, and that man kept on shouting at him. this is just unacceptable.
if the little boy has come to work in his shop, that doesn't mean that he can be abused. his circumstances have made him to do a job at an early age.
i shouted on the owner , the people around also gathered over there, took the side of the kid. we really need to look into this. if the child is working, we should help them to learn. we should teach them as we teach our children. they are kids, they will of course make mistakes,
at that time , we should not shout on them, we should help them correct it, so that they don't repeat the same again.
i will never go to ajanta, sarai, again , and do not even recommend people also to go.
