I really do not understand this that if a customer wants to get her problem solved The owner is always busy doing something or the other but you can wait for entire year may be buy no she will not give a call back. While getting my streaking done at their salon my I phone screen was broken by one of their staff while cleaning the table And when I ask them what can be done A very amazing response I get "Management is not responsible" I agree that the management isn't responsible for theft or if the phone is missing" But I come for the services and one of the staff breaks the screen and the mgt isn't responsible??????? What kind of answer is this ??????
And icing on the cake that the manager said that what if the screen was broken by your son ????
Really u r comparing my son with your staff ???
If I come there and ask you to give your phone and by mistake break your screen would that be your response ?????????
