Universal Yoga Group was founded on 3rd March, 2005 by Yogacharya Vijay Kumar after completing his education and training in Yoga and naturopathy.
Yogacharya Vijay Kumar (Karmavijay – a spiritual name) has been blessed by Swami Niranjan Nanda Saraswati ji (Bihar School of Yoga).
Starting his Yoga training at the tender age of 5 years, Yogacharya Vijay Kumar has followed the Satyananda Yogic tradition and Ashram culture.
As C.E.O. of Universal Yoga Group ® he has invented for the sedentary and busy corporate executive the immensely popular 14-Minute YogaT module which is innovatively time saving (occupying just 1% of a day).
He has been regularly organizing Yoga training and therapy workshops, camps and modules for different organizations at different places.
