Ferns N Petals

So far, I have had two very good experiences with Ferns and petals. The first time, the order was delivered promptly and the arrangement was beautiful. The second time was a good chance to see how their customer care service responds to issues. I ordered both flowers and cake hamper, but only the flowers were delivered. However, when I followed up with their support team to see what happened to the cake, they promptly apologized and delivered not only the cake, but also a bunch of complimentary roses. I’m very impressed with this company and service, even though there were some issues, will continue to do business with them for sure. Very recommended.
