The Diet Clinic

The Diet Clinic is the brainchild of Mrs. Megha Mehta which was founded in the year 2002 who has done her Post Graduation in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition. Thereafter completing her internship in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital was absorbed in the hospital as full term Dietician. Also, gained experience as a Dietician in Moolchand Hospital & St. Stephens Hospital
Then she started her clinic with an aim of providing good health systems to her clients with a simple philosophy: Helping people to lose weight with positive lifestyle changes. Since then, we have helped many achieve their goals and they continue to live and eat healthy till today. As after their respective diet programme gets over, an exclusive Maintenance programme is designed especially for them to maintain the weight lost. Moreover, one reduces if these are followed properly.
