Singh Cooking Classes

Singh mam is the best cookery expert to my understanding. She teaches in a simple way using easily available ingredients to cook mouth watering delicaies. Each student is given leverage to cook the delicacy so that practical experience can make them perfect. I have personally learnt a lot from Singh mam. She teaches like a MOTHER. I must say that at her age she is so dignified and explains basics in detail taking lot of pain. I have done so many courses in veg & non veg and now am able to cook wonderful receipes.

I am from a south Indian pure veg family but I am married in a non veg punjabi family. I didn’t know how to cook non veg. Singh classes taught me all the basics and a few non veg dishes. It helped me a lot to adjust in family easily.

The cooking was a tedious task for me, so I thought of brushing up my skills before marriage. And these classes helped in achieving my aim.
