Shashi is also a master chef, food critic & has been Judge at various cooking competitions. She has been covered many times by local television, newspapers & magazines. She is loved by her students, promoted by her goodwill & known through her work all around Delhi. She has huge demand for expanding her institution & its works. In coming years she plans to offer certificates/diplomas in cooking post govt recognition. She has lately written couple of cook books. Her introductory books like quick food, mock-tails are soon to be published.
