'Easy Cooking' is my way of sharing my passion for all things gastronomical with everyone keen on getting restaurant quality food to their home kitchens, minus the extra calories. Equipped with degrees in Hotel Management & Baking, I like making popular recipes from around the world my own by adding elements that make them easy for everyday cooking. A typical weekend at my house witnesses a culinary excursion across 3-4 countries; and through these classes I aim to teach recipes from around the world, in ways that are quick and easy to do at home. I keep my classes very interactive, because you learn best by being involved, not by reading or watching. My classes are full of fun, laced with quick tips that i've learned through years of experimenting with new ideas and recipes in my kitchen.
