Not only was dance an expression of culture but it also allowed people to socialize and feel more free under sometimes very strict social convention. Dancing has been a form of self expression and socialization since we made drawings on cave walls.
Dance is the physical co‐ordination of the body and mind expressing artistic movements that portray creativity and elegance. There are numerous forms of dancing that represent the rich culture and tradition from different parts of the world.
