When Fatima Khanam started anonymous dance troupe on 10 dec 1999. It meant to be pure unadulterated dance company in Delhi. Upholding the Guru Shishya parampara, where the displine is the natural inheritor of guru's craft and ideology. Hence in her dance studio an ambience was created where the spirit of dance became larger than the dancer. One saw here an amazing transformation from an individual creativity to collective expression...
The young dancers who came to team here had fire in their belly. There were not social dancers in the sense that dance for the was just another facet if their lives.
