His friends refer to him as Food Technocrat since he strongly advocates the fact that Cooking is a chemical process.
Despite being busy managing Restaurants and Catering, His passion to create India’s answer to MNC QSR’s has led to the launch of India’s very own Biryani QSR under the brand name Biryani Gully which was incidentally featured in ET edition dated 27th June under the heading “Chef 2.0 has a quick fix for Hunger Addicts”.
He is also a preferred Sales partner in South Asia for leading Cooking & Catering Equipment brands like Rational, Besser Vacuum & Afinox.
Besides these, he is rapidly acquiring food courts in Malls by all leading builders in North India and aims to be the largest Food Court Operator in the world by Dec 2015.
Sameer a quintessential Indian at heart, is currently working on his favorite project “affordable meal prepared in extremely hygienic conditions”.
Isn’t it surprising that being a hotelier himself, his favorite line these days is “Cut the Chef Out”.

I had my sister's wedding on 30th November'17. It went perfect except for this catering company named 'FORK N SPOON'. Mr. Prashant was very unprofessional and so was his team. The major issues were:
1. The menu was for 1000 guests(minimum) but many food items showed up only for 700 guests and when we asked them to serve, they said that they are out of them.
2. He brought tabletops that were totally different than which were shown and promised to us and those tabletops were really disguisting.
3. He promised a mocktail bar with amazing tabletops but what we actually got in the end was a moctail bar made with broken tables.
4. He was told to bring 4 breads but he brought only 2 and those 2 breads also finished very early.
5. The 'RTW' chaat bhandaar was promised but in the end 'BD' chaat bhandar was provided.
6. The snacks were not warm.
