Darzi On Call

Terrible experience with darzi on call. Designer Neelam who charges double triple of all rates and owner who refuses to take responsibility for staff's action. No professionalism. My sister in law paid triple the amount to Neelam after she said that the rates have increased and had 2 of her blouse pieces ruined in return. Initially i was a bit hesitant in trying the services, but a simple call n my appointment was fixed. Ms. Heena Arora was assigned to me as my personal designer. She understood my need for simple designs n did a tremendous job with my fabrics which urged me to call upon her again. Her designing skills n customer handling is excellent. great fit n stitching perfection (though with minor alterations-- understandable for first time :) Great going Darzi team.

This place is incredible. As soon as I walked in, even though they were busy, a sales rep welcomed me and asked how he could help me. This place is affordable, efficient, and has a wide inventory. I will be back whenever I need formal wear.
