Marvelous Unisex Salon

I had completed a pre bridal treatment from her and she had done such an amazing job that I genuinely gleamed on my D-DAY. My skin felt so fresh and better after the treatment that I didn’t require much makeup scope on the last day. Exceptionally fulfilled by the work!

I went to the Ashok Vihar Central Market location on March 12 to get ready for my brother's engagement party. I was quoted Rs. 6,500 at the time of booking. When I reached the salon, the office manager was not there. She had informed me that she has instructed her salon staff that my mom and I will be arriving and to take care of us. When I got there, the party makeup suddenly became worth Rs. 9,000 by the senior artist. It wasn't even by Bhavna. The senior artist said that she talked to the office manager, namely Neeta and it has been clarified that Rs. 9,000 is suitable. The salon knew we were lacking time and it was my brother's engagement so we were stressed as we were the hosts of the party. Thus they decided to hike up their prices on spot and mooch money off of us. I talked to the above mentioned office manager regarding this, and her response is "sorry". Being the office manager running a salon on a daily basis, she responded with only a "sorry" to what happened. She mentioned that she spoke to the senior artists and the reason why the price was changed was because of the eye lashes and "falling hair". I had no clue what this was. Rest assure I did not get any hair extensions. Clearly the office manager was aware of this 'loot' the artists made. Her response again was "sorry this happened with you". Really? You loot a client and then say "sorry" with a smile?

I took a skin treatment here for oily and acne prone skin. There were some sittings but it was very effective.

I visited their salon last month for facial treatment. And they did a commendable job.
