    Sanjay Dutta and his brother Sandeep Dutta co-founded the first Looks Salon in 1989 in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and were joined later by their other two brothers Vikram and Varun Dutta.     I had a terrible experience with the staff at the salon on December 5, 2015. My friend had booked a make-up package at the salon for her reception. The make-up artist refused to listen to her request for a lighter makeup and was extremely slow. The receptionist/cashier was argumentative and illogical. He jumped in for no reason to tell my friend how she should go for heavier makeup so 'Looks' doesn't get a bad name for bridal makeups. It was an extremely uneducated and bad service.
