Lakme Salon

I have visited Lakme Salon for bridal makup of my sister. I must say I am very happy and satisfied by the make up done by Chitra. The make up is so good and every body has appreciated the makeup. I am very happy by the services offer by the team of Lakme salon and specially want to thank Bharti and Chitra for the quality of services provided to us.

I had virgin hair and I wanted a good salon to have a chemical treatment for the first time. I decided to have striaght therapy done under an impression that it has less chemicals.Now I went for Lakme salon in sec 14 thinking that its a brand and will suggest me better options. They suggested me nutri straight therapy telling me that it will have an additional treatment for chemicals used during the process. (SINCE IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE). They promised that u ll have 90% straight hair after this. It looked really nice when it was done. But as and when I started washing hair on my own, the volume of my hair which was my original problem was not treated properly. I still have to tie my hair and cant let them loosen cz of volume.

I went back to them to get it treated and the staff denied. I paid 12k for this treatment but i would say its just a strategy of fooling people. Now they said that we did not promise straight hair and I was shocked..even after paying such a big amount, I m not at all satisfied. After taking money, no one listens to u. I have double the split ends that i had earlier and everytime i wash it increases.

I am facing this issue of split ends but I cant get back to them since its a wastage of time and i m sure no one would listen to me.I would suggest please do not go by what you are told n waste money.
