The concept of astrology is based on the premise that our success depends upon taking the correct decision and the correctness of our decision depends on the mental alertness. The alertness of the mind varies continuously - at times it is more alert and it is easier to take correct decisions but sometimes it is dull and that clouds the ability to take correct decisions. Scientific research tells us that everything has a dual nature - a particle like nature and a wave like nature. The wavelike nature of sub atomic particles and small masses, say a car, are not significant as their wavelength is very small, less than the diameter of a neutron. But large masses like the Sun, Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, Mars and Mercury have significant wavelenght that reach us from different directions as they continuously move in their orbits. At any instant of time the vector sum of the resultant of these vibrations acts on our mind, which has it's own frequency and wavelength, and our mind becomes either sharply alert (constructive interference) or dull (destructive interference). ... ...Less
