I was a client of KP TRIPATHI I had a very bitter experience with them. I consulted them for my Kundali matching as I was planning for marriage. I would like to share my horrible experience I had. I initially called them for consultation, and they politely received me. An appointment was scheduled. I felt really good. Now the mess starts, I was told to do the payment which I immediately did. After that, I was supposed to be given a date for consultation as they mentioned in the beginning. Was given a date, i did call before I started and they have said my appointment was postponed to some other day. This happened repeatedly. Then I assumed that they are just making me a fool. They do not lift my call nor respond to the email. One day I went to their office and that day it was closed. As it was really far I could not visit them repeatedly. And finally, I lost hope. I would say they are very unprofessional and I definitely would not recommend them. Less
