The label Sohni is the craftsmanship of its designer Sohni Makkar who has been creating and designing since 2000 in the tricity of Chandigarh.
Her idea was to introduce something that was stylish, different yet comfortable for the working women. She came up with block prints, tie and dye and patch work & slowly the range expanded to formals & wedding trousseau as well .Most of her clothes are made from natural fabrics and all the dyes are extracted from vegetables. There is complete range of ready to designer wear suits, tunics and kurtis & then the line of ethnic sarees was incorporated.
