Good selections but worst customer care... Infact nobody cares whether you buy from there or not.. May be they believe their brand is sufficient and not customer satisfaction.

People can visit Sudarshan family store if don't care about the kind of customer service provided by them. Have been visiting this place from years even when it was a single storied underground shop but after this new showroom the customer service worsens each time we visit due to the attitude of the sales men/women. Many times you will find them reluctant even to show you a single piece and even do not display courtesy to attend your needs.
