Highly unprofessional. They book appointment in advance still cancel on the last moment, where you cannot do anything. on top will not pick phone to even apologize or arrange some alternative. please never book from them. you may go to forum value mall for much cheaper better and reliable artists. Disappointed. waste of time and money.
