The AVR Group was founded by Sir A V Ramachandran Chettiar who was succeeded by his son Sir A R Balakrishnan Chettiar and currently Sri A B Sudarsanam, a popular philanthropist is the Chairman. He is ably assisted by his son Sir A B S Sanjjay, a young, dynamic and a creative individual who plays the role of Managing Director. As a three-time winner of the Gem of India Award as well as the Rotary Vocational Excellence Award 2007-08, the AVR Group is well recognized for our efforts towards community development and social service.
