Culinary and Cake Decorating School

At CCDS we are focused on developing the students’ relationship with food. We offer hands-on cooking and cake decorating classes designed to tempt your palate while increasing your knowledge and appreciation of the culinary arts. Our aim is to provide a wide range of technical skills while also developing your own individual creative expression. CCDS has trained several thousands of food enthusiasts since 1995 and we are very proud to be the only specialized cake decorating school in the country. Cake Decorating is not a subject matter for our instructors, it is their life. We are passionate about teaching you the tricks of the trade so that you can make designer cakes like the pros. We offer lots of different courses, some are technique based - to perfect that particular aspect of cake decorating and the others are all comprehensive courses which start you at scratch. From the world famous Wilton courses, ideal for beginners to the intensely respected Knightsbridge PME course - we have a course for everyone. Each of our cooking sessions with a qualified instructor includes a full sampling of all dishes prepared, course specific handouts and lots of relevant information that is most current. All materials and equipment (other than tools for some of the cake decorating courses) are provided to complete each session successfully.
