The ensemble featured 26 distinct borders, each representing a different region of India, in line with the theme of \u201cCostume Art.\u201d From zari work of Uttar Pradesh and Parsi gara embroidery to Maheshwari weaves, kantha, Kanjeevaram silk, Paithani, and Banarasi brocade, the garment brought together techniques from across the country into one seamless narrative.<\/p>\n

Crafted over 450 hours by artisans at Manish Malhotra World and Swadesh, the piece stood as a living tapestry\u2014where tradition, craftsmanship, and modern design came together effortlessly on a global stage.<\/p>\n
