If any of these norms are violated heavy penalty will be charged from the owner of the venue. RS. 5 Lakh for first offence, 10 lakh for second and 15 lakh for the third. Though the third offence also includes the cancellation of the licence after a period of 30 days. Hosting an event or function at a place not authorised, a penalty of 15 lakh will be levied.<\/p>\n
