What happens when a typical North Indian Girl, marries a Typical Marathi Boy from the South??!!! Well, the wedding bells rings even merrier:):):) \u00a0!!!<\/p>\n

This is what happened when Gunjan from Delhi married Gaurav Nakil from Nashik, Maharashtra and they ended up mixing and celebrating two beautiful cultures together!!<\/p>\n

Gunjan wore a lehnga with mundaval and maharashtrian nath and not to forget sports shoes to look just chique, Gaurav wore dhoti kurta with pagdi!!! Wow, we are already loving it !<\/p>\n

We met through a Common friend, to be true, ours was an online love. It blossomed through Orkut and Yahoo Messenger :D. Then Sms, Phone Calls and skype Started and we became best of friends.<\/em><\/p>\n

He proposed me and instead of going around and doing time pass we thought of asking our parents first, so we did and surprisingly our parents agreed on the First time, We all met and our Love got the blessings of our Parents.<\/em><\/p>\n

We got married on 6th December 2015, ours was a Day marriage. Our functions started from 4th being the Engagement. We did our customs and they did theirs.<\/em><\/p>\n

Then on 5th We had haldi function, that was the most happening and unique, we actually played Haldi with colors\u2026both the family was in one place and we both had haldi together, then from nowhere my friends and family stated playing colors, that was a surprise. From elderly people to all the young ones, Everyone enjoyed to the fullest.<\/em><\/p>\n

Everyone in our family liked the idea of Day marriage, as that time the weather was pleasant and being\u00a0Sunday, everyone came on time and attended the whole marriage. Groom\u2019s side was dressed in proper marathi style, so everyone in our family was so excited to see them. Varmala was done in marathi style and the phere in north indian style.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
