So when Parul and Jai met in school 11 years back, never did they know that they will be marrying in the very same premises one day !\u201cMarrying each other was a dream and this wedding is a DREAM CALLED REALITY for us”, says Parul.<\/p>\n

Passed out from NIFT, Delhi, Parul\u2019s dad n groom felt that her education was a waste if she ended up wearing other labels on the most important event of her \u00a0life and that’s she ended up designing her own outfits \u2026 Having her own label by the name of TheTailorbirdbyParulGandhi, <\/em>she ensured that her wedding day was decorated by her own designs…\u00a0and indeed they are gorgeous.<\/p>\n

\u2018I wore an extremely different color lehnga on my wedding. I had seen\u00a0 a lot of REDs, PEACH, GREEN , PINK colored lehnga\u2019s \u00a0and I wanted to experiment with some different color.I designed a\u00a0 deep wine color lehnga with mulberry silk and beautifully hand crafted it with zari ,bead and sequin work. Various other trims that were used included swaroski, dabka and naksi.I gave a touch of Mauve color in the embroidery, hence teaming it with a Mauve colored double dupatta\u2019s.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Beautiful lighting\u00a0is the key to hosting an outdoor event and the great thing is, it doesn’t need to be expensive!\u00a0Nothing transforms a space quite like the right lighting.\u00a0Candles, string lights, light bulbs, colored lights and lanterns all created an ambience and added warmth that we wanted for our wedding and giving it a dreamy fairytale touch.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
